Naruto Episode 2 is the first time we are introduced to Konohamaru. Naruto is the first person to stand up to him and treat him like an individual, not just the grandson of the Hokage. Because of this, Konohamaru follows Naruto and becomes a lifelong admirer of him. Naruto teaches him how to transform and ends up defeating Ebisu with his Harem Technique.
